5 Things That Make Companies Great

5 Things That Make Companies Great

We’re excited to share all the reasons we think Inflexion is great, but we’re also stoked to take a look at what other companies are doing that make them great. (And we also want to talk to you about how we can work together to make your brand great…but that’s a conversation for Joe and Elizabeth, so give them a call!)

That being said, we think that great brands share some of the following qualities.

RecognizeGreatnessThey give back.
Philanthropy is highly valued at Inflexion Interactive. The founder of Spanx pledged to give half of her wealth to charities that empower women through the Sara Blakely Foundation.

Our Founder and Managing Partner, Scott Delea, created the hugely successful non-profit, Party with Purpose, to raise money for charities. So when we see other companies give back, we take notice. It is a great honor and privilege to give back to the community, and we are happy to see other like-minded companies who do the same.

They focus on understanding the customer experience.
The finance giant Intuit believes that great customer service is the #1 goal. Not only has that attitude resulted in loyal customers, but also in the company being honored with an award recognizing them for excellence in customer experience.

At Inflexion Interactive, we believe that providing a great experience to our clients is of the utmost importance. We value our clients and do what it takes to keep customers loyal and happy. We know that our clients appreciate that in us, since they share the same values.

They’re innovative.
Innovation is more than out-of-the-box thinking; it’s also the ability to take that creative idea and successfully turn it into a viable product or service. Google is a leader in innovation, churning out work that is unique and stands out among its competitors.

Our team is also successful in the developing creative solutions from conception to execution. We think differently, we act differently. We do things differently. And it shows in our work.

They’re happy.
Happiness at the workplace not only makes for a better 9-5, happy employees tend to produce better quality work. That’s why we think Coca Cola is a good example of a company that values happiness. So much so, that it says “We’re in the business of spreading smiles and opening happiness every day” right on their website.

We like to think that Inflexion Interactive spreads a little happiness through the work we do, too. Our office is lively and our people look forward to creating great work. Happy people work here—especially when Kevin dances around the office in a tutu.

People trust them.
Customer trust is not something to be taken for granted. At Inflexion Interactive, we have a lot of respect for companies that know how to earn and maintain the trust of their customers, and Amazon is one of those companies.

In a 2013 Harris Poll, Amazon was named as the most trusted company, and it shows in Amazon’s reputation. Like Amazon, we know how to create an emotional connection with customers by providing quality products and services that people trust.
